Lanier Bridges

Paul Lanier Bridges, IV has been in the cattle business his entire life.  There’s a rumor going around that when Lanier was born he never cried, but instead let out a big bull bellow at the nurse and tried to kick the doctor!  Everyone else at Rock Road Cattle looks to Lanier as the absolute authority on pretty much everything.  He is an expert gate opener, using a technique that has been passed down for generations.  There has not been a calf born that Lanier didn’t have a hand in naming.  He also specializes in making sure the horses get plenty of snacks.  Basically, he’s the Boss around here.  Be sure to check out Lanier’s School of Beef for legendary insight that only one who has spent his entire life in the cow business can give you.

Katie Bridges

With all of the dirt, grim, and manure that accompanies the cattle business it’s nice to have mama close by.  Katie has the most important job on the farm, she is in charge of keeping Lanier firing on all cylinders!  In addition to the never ending job of being a mama to a living legend, Katie is responsible for our equine department.  After all, what’s a cowboy without a horse?  The horses at Rock Road Cattle Company have more than just looks!  They are built to work cows!  Katie’s duties, however, don’t stop at saddles and sandwiches; she’s hung more fence and moved more cows than The Duke and Matt Dillon combined!

Tripp Bridges

Paul Lanier Bridges, III has been accused of being the luckiest man to ever saddle a horse.  The fact that he is the father of Lanier and husband to Katie makes this accusation an undeniable truth!   While many people credit Tripp with Rock Road Cattle’s success, the truth of the matter is he just does whatever Lanier and Katie tell him to do.

Lucio Garcia

As the Foreman of Rock Road Cattle, Lucio Garcia oversees the details of the day to day operation.  This includes all levels of animal husbandry, managing labor, planting of grazing, feeding, fixing water pipe, fixing fence that the bulls break ,fixing the other stuff that Tripp breaks, and many other tasks that make Rock Road Cattle Company run smooth.  Where you will find Lucio in his element though is when he starts training horses.  There are few people in this world that can connect with horses like Lucio.  It really is special to watch!
