As a native Marylander and graduate of Catholic University, I brings an uncommon depth of perspective to estate planning — one shaped equally by the classroom, and my work with enforcing Federal civil rights laws.

Before law school, I spent six years teaching elementary school in Prince George's County. After earning my J.D. in 2004, I've spent over 20 years years in civil rights enforcement, focusing on discrimination in education.  In 2026, I expanded my practice to include special needs planning, continuing my longstanding commitment to families caring for individuals with special needs.
